Cancellation/Rescheduling/Refund Policy for regular maintenance appointments

No call/No Show will result in the loss of your deposit.  

 If rescheduling/canceling a regular maintenance appointment WITHIN 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, your deposit is nonrefundable.

If rescheduling a regular maintenance appointment MORE THAN 24 hours of your originally scheduled appointment time, your deposit will move with you to your next scheduled date.  However, if that appointment is then cancelled,  you will forfeit your refund regardless of the time frame of cancellation.

**Please note:  You will not see the option to reschedule if you did not create a password yet.  When you made your appointment, and selected to create an account, an e-mail was sent to you to create a password.  Log in and go to your account history to reschedule your appointment.
